Vera Vita is the outreach branch of Practical Missions Cohort in Italy, serving to evangelize those who have not yet heard the Gospel and helping disciples of Jesus grow in grace.
 

Very little quality Gospel literature is available today in Italy compared to the United States. Yet in God's providence, several wonderful ministries are doing important work translating and publishing key materials: Coram Deo, Alpha & Omega, BE Edizioni, IFED, Cristo Regna, and others.
 

A serious problem remains, however. Most Italians have never heard the Gospel, are not saved, and have no desire to know the Bible, the things of God, and the path of the Christian life. Sadly, they believe they know enough. The Roman Catholic Church has baptized the populace and taught them to believe all is well for them. Consequently, they do not seek out quality Gospel literature—largely because they do not know they need it.

Vera Vita helps fill this gap by focusing on reaching everyday people to share the Gospel and lead them to salvation. We produce tracts to saturate towns and stir hearts toward thoughts of God, their Maker. We produce booklets and articles to help curious souls dive deeper into various Gospel-related topics. Additionally, we connect everyday people to trustworthy Italian ministries like those listed above. Finally, we produce digital content (audio and video) via the Vera Vita Podcast, featuring Bible exhortations for everyday living.
