Why “The Practicum”?

The dictionary defines a practicum as “a course of study designed especially for the preparation of teachers and clinicians that involves the supervised practical application of previously studied theory.”

​

It comes from the Late Latin practicum—meaning “practical.”

 

That is exactly what we are doing at Practical Missions Cohort. We don’t just teach theology in a classroom; we take it to the piazzas, the living rooms, and the unreached towns of Italy. Every episode of The Practicum is a “lab session” where we take a piece of mission theory—a book, a language-learning method, a methodology, a vision-trip strategy—and show you how to actually apply it on the front lines.

Because at the end of the day, the Great Commission isn’t a lecture. It’s a practice. And we’re here to equip you for the harvest.
